Short implementation time, Easy Installation without stopping production
The material can be easily applied to surfaces of any shape and configuration. The coating is applied by brush, spatula or using high-pressure spray painting machines.
Liquid consistency of the coating allows successful insulating in limited spaces and without stopping production.
Wide temperature range (-60 to +700°C)
ISOLLAT products provide a wide range of working temperatures (-60 oC/+500 oC (Peak 700 oC)). Therefore, the coatings can be applied on any industrial and building surfaces of any shape, configuration and temperature.
Quick and advanced maintenance
ISOLLAT coating covers the surface of any shape entirely and minimizes the penetration of moist air. Additionally, ISOLLAT products include special anti-corrosion additives that prevent corrosion.
The coating can be cut and replaced in case of the need for repair or replacement.
Minimum thickness of coating layer (0.5 – 3 mm)
ISOLLAT coating requires a minimum thickness to provide high insulation impact. Due to this feature, less weight is added to the equipment which leads to higher lifetime and performance.
